We are pleased to invite you to the first Equip India Conference QICON 2023 organised by the National Cancer Grid India- Equip QI Board to be held on 14th and 15th March 2023 at St Johns Medical College hospital Bengaluru. It is a first of a kind conference with emphasis on Quality Improvement and will involve 2 half day sessions focussed on brainstorming to enhance QI culture in India, establishing QI Hubs, collaborations, QI publications and for planning QI based multicentric projects. This conference is open by invitation only to the graduates and mentors of previous cohorts of Equip India from 2017 to 2022. For the sessions, the registered participants will be allocated to groups for brainstorming sessions and the details of the sessions will be communicated shortly after registration

Although many in a team may participate, travel expenses will be sponsored for only one person per team. Hence each team should choose your representative for the conference.
Registration is mandatory and covers non-AC room accommodation from March 13 to March 15 and food. You can avail AC rooms for additional cost ranging from Rs 1700 – Rs 2100/Day by indicating the same in the registration form. There is limited availability and will be allotted on a first come basis.
Guidelines for Reimbursement of Travel expense:
Only one team member per team will be reimbursed for the travel expense.
The bookings must be done through IRCTC website (https://www.air.irctc.co.in/) to be reimbursed.
For Reimbursement you will need to submit IRCTC booked tickets, original boarding passes and original tax receipts of taxi availed to and fro from the airport.
