Quotations are invited by Director TMC for supply of Smart cards on Rate contract basis for the period from 1st September 2015 to 31st August 2017 to Tata Memorial Hospital & ACTREC, Kharghar, New Mumbai.
Your quotation should be submitted in two parts, in two sealed envelope duly super-scribed as quotation for the supply of “Smart Cards" Schedule No. P-V, due date and E.M.D. Receipt No., Part - I / Part - II. Part - I containing Technical Bids in complete details, documents and photocopy of E.M.D Receipt etc. and Part - II containing Price Bid. Both Part – I and Part – II tenders addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. Earnest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400012 should reach Purchase department on or before 30.07.2015 upto 2.00 p.m. The Part I- Technical Bid will be opened on 30.0.7.2015 at 3.00 pm. In front of those tenderers who wish to be present. Time and date of opening of the Part II (Price Bid) will be intimated only to the tenderers who are technically qualified after evaluation of Part I.
The hospital is under the Administrative control of the dept. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India. If you have already entered into a D.G.S. & D/ Govt. Rate Contract, copy of the same may be enclosed along with the quotation.
Octroi as applicable rate should be mentioned separately. No sales Tax exemption Form will be issued. Separate sheet stating the specification of the item is attached.
The rates quoted must be valid up to 31st August 2017. However, in case of downward revision in prices, government levies or taxes, the reduced price will be applicable.
Please submit letter stating that at current date also you are Authorized Distributor of Mifare Smart cards. (OEM).
In case of acceptance of the offer, you will have to give an undertaking regarding acceptance of the terms and conditions enclosed, enter in contract & pay the security deposit as applicable.
