NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Consultancy Services for Installation of ETP/STP/Combination
of ETP & STP at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel.

Gentlemen,

Chief Engineer, TMC on behalf of Director, TMC invites tender in single bid for the subject work. You are requested to refer the following details for issue of the tender documents.

1	Tender	Sealed Tender in Single Bid

2.	Sale of Tender	Desirous consultant may obtain tender document on request in writing from from the office of Chief Engineer, Tata Memorial Centre, Engineering Department, 6th Floor, Service Block, Dr. Earnest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai on and from16/01/2015 to 27/01/2014 between 10.00 Hrs. to 16.00 Hrs. against non refundable tender cost of Rs 500 in cash. Alternately applicant can download the application from the websites and submit the tender cost along with the application. In such a case tender cost should be submitted in the form of DD from any Scheduled Bank, the DD shall be drawn in favour of ‘Accounts Officer TMC” payable at Mumbai. Tender cost shall not be accepted in any other form. The DD shall be submitted in a sealed envelope superscripted ‘Tender Cost”. The application/s without tender cost will not be considered.

3.	Pre-Bid Meeting	04/02/2015 at 11.00 hrs Venue : Conference Room, Digital Library, Main Building, Ground Floor.

4.	Date of submission of Tender	Upto to 15.00 hrs. on or before 10/02/2015
	Date of Opening of Tender	At 15.30 hrs. on 10/02/2015

5.	Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)	Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 8,000 /- is to be deposited in the form of DD / Payorder/ F.D. Receipt of State Bank of India or scheduled bank in favour of ‘Accounts Officer, TMC’ Cheque & Bank Guarantee for EMD will not be accepted.

6.	Scope of work	As detailed in Annexure I

7	Quote	As detailed in Annexure II

8	Important Notes	a) Tenders with any condition/s,Conditional rebate(s) shall not be considered. b) Quoted Rates should be written both in figures and words c) All corrections should be Authenticated / signed
