"Training Programme in Palliative Care"for
Social Worker’s / Volunteer’s as part of comprehensive care for cancer patients.
The branch of Palliative Care in cancer encompasses caring for the patients with advanced disease, where “quality of life” is the main aim. Caring for these patients is a team approach with doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, stoma care, volunteers and home care services net worked for maximum benefit.
