TENDER NOTICE FOR HORTICULTURE (GARDENING MAINTENANCE)
FOR THE PERIOD 1ST July 2015 TO 30TH JUNE 2017.

Quotations are invited in two part tender by Director TMC on Rate Contract basis w.e.f. 1ST July 2015 TO 30TH June 2017 for “Outsourcing of Maintenance Contract of Garden at TMC PG Hostel, Anushakti Nagar, Mumbai.

Your two part (II part) tender containing documents, technical bid, price bid etc. in two separate envelopes: Part-I Technical bid and Part-II Price bid duly super scribed “TMC/PURCHASE-RC/HORTICULTURE/2015-2017 - Quotation for the above mentioned tender addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400012” should reach on or before 12th June 2015 up to 3.00 pm. The technical bids (Part-I) will be opened on 12th June 2015 at 4.00 p.m. onwards in front of those tenderers who wish to be present. Date and time of opening of Price bid (Part-II) will be intimated only to those tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Technical bid (Part-I).

The tenderer is requested, to visit the site before submitting the quotation.  For further clarification if any, on Site Visit Assistance as well as Scope of Work, tenderer may contact -  Officer In-charge, House Keeping Department – 9869431346 [Only between working hours 9.30 am to 5.30 pm] / 022 24177000 Extn- 4555.

The Hospital is under the Administrative Control of the Dept. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India.  If you have already entered into a D.G.S & D. Govt. Rate Contract, copy of the same may be enclosed along with the quotation.

Octroi extra as applicable should be mentioned separately. In lieu of octroi, octroi exemption certificate will be issued as per norms. Sales Tax Exemption Form will not be issued.

The rates quoted must be valid up to 30th June 2017. However, in case of downward revision in prices, government levies or taxes, the reduced price will be applicable.

A fresh authority letter from the manufacturer authorizing to quote for their products, in case the manufacturer does not quote directly.

In case of acceptance of the offer, you will have to give an undertaking regarding acceptance of the terms and conditions enclosed, enter in contract & pay the security deposit as applicable.
