A set of documents containing technical specifications, general instructions and terms and conditions can be downloaded from05/03/2015 to 18/03/2015from TMC website. Receipt of tender document charges ofRs.500/-and receipt of EMD amount as per tender notice to be enclosed in the technical bid and must be shown on or before submission of the tender. Tender document charges for the tender forms downloaded from our website to be paid to the Accounts department before its submission. Tender fees will not be accepted through M.O. or Bankers Cheque/DD by post. Tenders addressed to The Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr E Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai-12 should be submitted in two parts simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes duly superscribed as Tender No…….. with due date, "Part I and Part II".Last date for downloading tender documentis 17/03/2015.Part I covering technical bid and Part II covering price bid. Both Part I and Part II tenders due on the specified date i.e. 18/03/2015 should reach Purchase department up to 12.30 hrs.The technical bid will be opened on18/03/2015 from 14.30 hrs. onwards(as per the Sr. No. of the tender mentioned above) in front of those tenderers who wish to be present. Time and date of opening of the part II (Price bid) will be intimated only to the tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Part I.

In case18/03/2015happens to be an unscheduled holiday, the next working day will be taken into account for purchase of tender, submission and opening.
