TENDER NOTICE FOR DIETARY ARTICLES 
FOR THE PERIOD 1ST APRIL 2015 TO 31ST MARCH 2016.

 

 

Sealed Tenders are invited by the Director, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400 012 from Established and Reputed Contractors/ Stores for the supply of Dietary Articles such  as Fruits, Vegetables, General Provisions, Tea & Coffee, Eggs & Grocery etc. to the Hospital from 1st April, 2015 to          31st March 2016.

The Tender documents along with Terms and Conditions can be obtained from 14-01-2015 to 03-02-2015 from Purchase Department, TMH, Service Block 4th floor, between 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm on working days except Saturday, Sundays and Holidays between 11 a.m. and 4.30pm on payment of Rs.500/- for each tender by cash (non-refundable) or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Tata Memorial Hospital, payable at Mumbai “ only before due date paid at our Cash counter, 1st floor, Homi Bhabha Block, Tata Memorial Hospital. (cheque will not be accepted) Tender document charges for the tender forms download from our cash counter before its submission.EMD” as mentioned against each category of Dietary Schedule is also required to be deposited to Cash Counter,1st floor, Homi Bhabha Block,  for each Schedule prior to submission of tender to the Purchase Department.

Tender document duly signed and stamped on all papers with photocopy of receipt for Earnest money deposit in sealed envelopes superscribed with “Tender for Rate Contract 2015-16 for the Dietary Articles” addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai  400 012 should reach to the Purchase Department on or before 06th  February, 2015 at 4.30pm. In case the date happens to be an unscheduled holiday,the next working day will be taken into  account for purchase of tender and its submission.
Technical bid will be opened on 09th February 2015 at 10.00 am onwards in front of those Tenderers who wish to be present. . 
It is responsibility of the bidders to see that the completed bidding documents are deposited in the Tender Box kept inside the Purchase Department, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012 on the date and time before tender opening as mentioned above, failing which the bid would be considered late and rejected. Mere handing over of the bidding documents at reception counter or at any other counter or room or person cannot be considered as submission of bid.
