TENDER NOTICE FOR SUPPLY OF ‘QDX MALARIA PAN/PF FOR DIFFERENTIATION’ FOR THE PERIOD 
1ST MARCH 2015 TO 31ST JULY 2016.

Quotations are invited in two part tender by Director TMC on Rate Contract basis w.e.f.1st March 2015 to 31st July 2016 for the supply of “QDX MALARIA PAN/PF FOR DIFFERENTIATION” to be supplied at Tata Memorial Hospital & ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

Your two part (II part) tender containing documents, technical bid, price bid etc. in two separate envelopes: Part-I Technical bid and Part-II Price bid duly super scribed “TMC/RC/R-I/2015-2016 - Quotation for the supply of above mentioned item addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400012” should reach on or before 3rd February 2015 up to 3.00 pm. The technical bids (Part-I) will be opened on the 4th February 2015 at 3.00 p.m. onwards in front of those tenderers who wish to be present. Date and time of opening of Price bid (Part-II) will be intimated only to those tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Technical bid (Part-I).

Samples to be submitted to Stores Department at the time of submission of tender.

The Hospital is under the Administrative Control of the Dept. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India.  If you have already entered into a D.G.S & D. Govt. Rate Contract, copy of the same may be enclosed along with the quotation.

Octroi extra as applicable should be mentioned separately. In lieu of octroi, octroi exemption certificate will be issued as per norms. Sales Tax Exemption Form will not be issued.

The rates quoted must be valid up to 31st July 2016. However, in case of downward revision in prices, government levies or taxes, the reduced price will be applicable.

A fresh authority letter from the manufacturer authorizing to quote for their products, in case the manufacturer does not quote directly.

In case of acceptance of the offer, you will have to give an undertaking regarding acceptance of the terms and conditions enclosed, enter in contract & pay the security deposit as applicable.

PURCHASE OFFICER     

If the Tender Document is downloaded from website vendor has to pay Rs.500/- as Tender document charges besides the EMD amount Rs.10000/- is to be paid in the Accounts department, TMH, Parel before submitting theTender.
