Examination

TMC invites sealed Tenders in Two Part basis i.e . Technical Bid (Part-I) and Price Bid (Part-II) from the eligible bidders for the supply of Garbage bags. Bids shall be received upto 3.00pm on 25-11-2014. Technical bids(Part-I) will be opened on 27-11-2014 at 4.00pm in front of those tenderers who wish to be present. Date & time of opening of Price Bid (Part-II) will be intimated only to those tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Technical Bid (Part-I).

Samples should be submitted to the Dy. Admn. Officer (Stores)  for the items, Basement, Main building. Tata Memorial Hospital. The vendor must submit samples with a label specifying the Schedule No. item code, name of the article, Brand name  and the name of the vendor.

Tender document duly signed and stamped on all pages with Photocopy of receipt for 'Purchase of Tender’,' Earnest  Money Deposit for Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten thousand only) in sealed envelope superscibed  with "Tender for Rate Contract 2015-2016 of schedule No…." & EMD receipt number, addressed to the Director, TMC,  Dr. Earnest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400 012 may be delivered  to the Purchase Department, 4th floor, Service Block bldg. on all working days upto 5.00 pm on or before  25-11-2014. In case the date happens to be an unscheduled holiday,the next working day will be taken into  account for purchase of tender and its submission.

It is responsibility of the bidders to see  that the completed bidding documents are   deposited in the Tender Box kept  inside the Purchase Department, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel , Mumbai–400 012 on  or before the date and time mentioned above for submission of tender,  failing which the bid would be considered late and rejected. Mere handing over of the bidding documents at reception counter or at any other counter or room or person cannot be considered as submission of bid.

If the Tender Document is downloaded from website vendor has to pay Rs.500/- as Tender document charges besides the EMD amount Rs.10000/- is to be paid in the Accounts department, TMH,Parel before submitting the Tender.
