CONSOLIDATED REMUNERATION :

AGE LIMIT: 40 years (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC & 10 years for Physically Handicapped). Age may be relaxable in case of exceptional merit qualifications, special needs for the development of the Department.
IMPORTANT GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
- All posts will begin from 01st August, 2015.

This deposit will be forfeited if he/she leaves the SR / JR / 01 year Fellow post before completion of six months.
- The Fellows have to pay the fees and dues to HBNI as per existing rules. The fees structure of fellows is as under :

Fellows are required to pay Rs.15,000/- in cash (Admission, Registration, Library fees and Security Deposit) at the time of joining and remaining amount of Rs.1,65,000/- (Tuition, Appraisal, Exam and Convocation fees) will be deducted in 10 equal installments from their Stipend.
- The services as Fellowship/SR at Tata Memorial Centre are considered as Part of P.G. Bond for Maharashtra State. (For those who have completed MCh/DM/MS/MD from Govt. & Municipal Medical Colleges, Maharashtra)
- Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying exams in 2015 may also apply. If selected, their joining to the post is subject to producing their passing certificate. They must submit their training completion certificate.
- Appointed candidates may be placed as per needs of the Departments in the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai campus and the Clinical Research Centre, Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai campus by rotation as and when necessary.
- All SRs and Fellows will be provided sharing accommodation in one of our hostels at TMH/ Chembur/ Payalipada/ Anushaktinagar subject to availability.
- Courses and positions are subject to change based on availability of Teachers in the concerned departments.
- All MCh/DM/MS/MD/DNB/MBBS OR equivalent medical degree must be recognized by Medical Council of India. Documentary evidence (e.g. Certificate from Dean of the Institution) of recognition of the post graduate degree by the Medical Council of India is mandatory with the application.
- The candidates who are in service must submit their applications through the Head of their Institution with a NOC.
- Online applications in the prescribed form only super-scribing the post applied for on the cover along with a recent passport size photograph affixed on right hand top corner with attested copies of all certificates should be forwarded to the OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR (ACADEMICS), TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, PAREL, MUMBAI - 400 012. The Online application forms must be filled out completely in all respects. Incomplete applications and in-service candidates whose applications are not forwarded through proper channel in the prescribed application form given below will be rejected. The Tata Memorial Centre also reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof. No other mode of application will be accepted.
- Candidates have to pay the Online Registration Fees Rs.500/- (General & OBC candidates), by using Debit Card / Credit Card Number. SC / ST / PH & Female candidates are exempted from paying of fees while submitting application.
- Separate application should be submitted for each post.
- Last date for online application is 29.05.2015 upto 05.30 p.m.& receiving hard copy of online applications within 04 days from the last date of Online application.
- The Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to cancel the posts, fix minimum eligibility standard / bench mark and restrict no. of candidates to be called for MCQ/Interview taking into account various factors like no. of vacancies, performance of the candidate etc., and decided to determine the qualifying marks for selecting candidates for the interview. Merely fulfilling the prescribed qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for MCQ/Interview. The Tata Memorial Centre also reserves the right to fix minimum eligibility standard / cut-off marks (Group/Stream/Discipline/Category-wise etc.) while finalizing such candidates to be called for interview as well as selecting the candidates for final selection after the interview. The decision of the Tata Memorial Centre in this regards shall be final and binding and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained with the candidates.
