Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Sangrur (a unit of Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), Mumbai), invites applications from Indian Nationals for the following tenured post (non-permanent) in the following Departments commencing from 01st September 2016.

SENIOR RESIDENT (DURATION 01 YEAR) :

Sr. No.	DEPARTMENT	ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
1.	Anesthesiology, Critical Care & Pain	M.D. in Anaesthesia OR equivalent P.G.degree. Candidates who has passed D.A. exam with one year Post D.A. experience may also apply. They will be interviewed if there are vacancies. They will be considered for JR-III. Note: CPS DA candidates are not eligible.

2.	Surgical Oncology	M.S. (General Surgery) OR equivalent P.G. degree in the respective specialty. (Post M.S. experience in oncology will be preferred)

CONSOLIDATED REMUNERATION :
		Post MS/DNB RS. 65,000/-per month
		Post DA RS.57,000/- per month

	AGE LIMIT: 40 years (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC & 10 years for Physically Handicapped).

	IMPORTANT GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
	1.	Security Deposit: Rs.65,000/-(SR) and Rs. 53,000/- (JR). The deposit will be deducted in 5 equal installments from your salary. This deposit will be forfeited if he/she leaves the SR/JR ship before completion of six months.

	2.	Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying exams in 2016 may also apply. If selected, their joining will be considered after production of passing certificate. Appearing candidates must submit their training completion certificate (MBBS) with the application.

	3	Appointed candidates may be placed as per needs of the Departments in the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Sangrur campus or any other facility of Tata memorial Centre by rotation as and when necessary.

	4.	All SRs will be provided sharing accommodation in one of our hostels subject to room availability.

	5.	All P.G. degree must be recognized by Medical Council of India. Documentary evidence of recognition is mandatory with the application.

	6.	The candidates who are in service must submit their applications through the Head of their Institution with a NOC

	7.	Online applications in the prescribed form only super-scribing the post applied for on the cover along with a recent passport size photograph affixed on right hand top corner with attested copies of all certificates should be forwarded to the OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR (ACADEMICS), TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, PAREL, MUMBAI - 400 012. The Online application forms must be filled out completely in all respects. Incomplete applications and in-service candidates whose applications are not forwarded through proper channel will be rejected. The Tata Memorial Centre also reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof. No other mode of application will be accepted

	8.	General & OBC candidates have to pay the Online Registration Fees Rs.500/- by using Debit Card / Credit Card only. SC / ST / Female candidates / Persons with disabilities are exempted from paying of fees while submitting application.

	9.	Last date for online application is 12.08.2016 upto 05.30 p.m. & receiving hard copy of online applications within 07 days (j.e.19.08.2016) from the last date of Online application. Candidates should fill the form & take the print out on last date of online application.

	10.	The Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to cancel the posts, fix minimum eligibility standard / bench mark and restrict no. of candidates to be called for MCQ/ interview taking into account various factors like no. of vacancies, performance of the candidate etc., and decided to determine the qualifying marks for selecting candidates for the interview. Merely fulfilling the prescribed qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for MCQ/Interview. The Tata Memorial Centre also reserves the right to fix minimum eligibility standard / cut-off marks (Group / Stream / Discipline / Category-wise etc.) while finalizing such candidates to be called for interview as well as selecting the candidates for final selection after the interview. The decision of the Tata Memorial Centre in this regards shall be final and binding and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained with the candidates.

	11.	All correspondence with the applicant will be done through email only (tmhresident@tmc.goy,jn ). Tata Memorial Centre will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or delivery of emails to spam/bulk mail folder etc.
