ADHOC-PHARMACIST

Qualification & Experience:

B. Pharm with minimum 1 year experience working in Dispensary / Pharmacy of the Hospital having minimum 200 beds OR D.Pharm with minimum 3 years experience working in Dispensary / Pharmacy of the Hospital having minimum 200 beds.  Registration with State Pharmacy Council with duly allotted Registration Number is mandatory.  Experience of working on computerized system desirable.  Candidate should be prepared to work in shift duties, including night shift.

Consolidated salary :     Rs. 25,000/- p.m.

Age Limit :  30 years

Interested candidates may come along with Bio-data, recent passport size photograph, zerox copy of PANCARD, original certificates, experience certificate and one set of attested copies of all certificates.
