ABSTRACT SUBMISSION 

Guidelines for Abstract Submission for EBM-2024

The EBM-2024 will have two tracks.

Track 1 will focus on the theme “ Colorectal Cancer: From Research to Practice“

Track 2 will focus on “PET/CT and Radionuclide Therapy :From Diagnostics to Theranostics".  

We invite abstract submissions for EBM-2024.

• Please read all the instructions for abstract submission before preparing your abstract.
• Once submitted, an email confirmation with an abstract number will be sent.
• Abstracts cannot be edited after final submission.

   

  Abstract submission guidelines:
  • Abstract should not exceed more than 400 words (including title and 1 permitted table).
  • The entire submission must fit on a single page.
  • The submitted abstracts must be structured as follows:
    • Background
    • Material &Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Final submitted abstracts will be considered for review by EBM Abstract committee.
  • Abstracts without results, or those with statements such as “the results will be analysed and presented later‟ are liable to be rejected.
  • Deadline: Last date of submission 20th February, 2024.
  • Acceptance: Selected authors will be notified by mid February. All notifications will be sent out to the e-mail address given on the registration. Accepted abstract authors can avail early bird registration facility for EBM 2024.
  • E-Poster: Accepted abstracts will be presented as e-posters. Authors of top-scoring abstracts will be invited to present their work in a 'Best of Abstract session’ and the best abstracts from each track will be awarded a prize.
  • Publication: Accepted abstracts will be published in a peer reviewed journal .
  • Please check the EBM-2024 website regularly for program updates and announcements. We look forward to receiving your abstract submissions and to your active participation in EBM-2024.
