EMD of Rs.  40,158 /- to be submitted in form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker’s cheque / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Nationalized / Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of  Accounts Officer, TMC, Mumbai.

Note:

     i.        EMD in the form of cheque will not be accepted

   ii.        The Security Deposit / Performance Guarantee shall be endorsed in favored of Accounts Officer, TMC.

The Director / Chief Engineer, TMC, reserves the right to accept the work in full or in part or reject the tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.
