Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Psychology / Sociology, Master of Social Work (MSW in Urban and Rural Community Development / Community co-ordinator, Medical and Psychiatric, Family and Child Welfare). Minimum 3 years of work experience in the development sector preferably in areas of health, wherein the candidate has shown capacity in direct community work, in handling co-ordination, Capacity building and direct implementation of the programmes. Good Knowledge of MS office and excellent communication skills essential Candidate should be comfortable with extensive local travel and Flexible working hours. Language known (Hindi, Marathi, English).
