Questionnaire
Bronchial lavage and brushings 54-year old female presented with complaint of cough, chest pain and breathlessness since 2 months. Computed tomography (CT) scan of whole body showed 4.8x4.7x4cm Hypermetabolic left lung upper lobe mass, metabolically active consolidative patches in bilateral lung fields suggestive of active infective changes, Low grade metabolism seen in right supraclavicular node and hypermetabolic lytic lesion in L3 vertebra. Bronchoscopy showed polypoidal mass in left upper lobe bronchus causing 70-80% luminal occlusion.
