This is a cervico-vaginal smear of a 42-year old lady, who came for cancer screening and presented with complaints of leucorrhoea. She was post-menopausal since 3 years and her ultrasonography of the abdomenand pelvis was within normal limits, with an endometrial thickness of 13 mm. While, per speculum vaginal examination showed erosions on the cervix,colposcopy and visual inspection (VIA/VILI) did not show any abnormality.
