Pericardial fluid of a 22-year-old young man, who presented with complaints of breathlessness. His computed tomogram (CT) scan of thorax showed an 8 cm x 9 cm x 10 cm sized mass in the anterior mediastinum with pleural thickening and moderate pericardial effusion. A CT guided biopsy of the mediastinal mass was performed which showed a non-seminomatous germ cell tumor. His serum alpha feto protein (AFP) levels were elevated (11559.42 ng/mL. Normal range= 0-9 ng/mL)
