Questionnaire
Pleural fluid smear of a 15 year old female with history of painful, rapidly increasing swelling in right supraclavicular region of 2 months duration. On examination, 6 x 5 cms mass lesion was found in right supraclavicular region, which was hard and fixed. Another hard and fixed swelling was found in the right axilla extending to chest wall. Discrete hard lymph nodes were noted in the left axilla. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed a large, lobulated and infiltrative soft tissue mass in right axillary region extending inferiorly along the lateral chest wall with another mass with similar morphology along right supraclavicular septum of right arm suggestive of neoplastic etiology. Mild to moderate pleural effusion was also noted.
