This is a vagina/cervix smear from 32 yrs old female, presented with bleeding PV since 2 months

USG revealed well defined mass in lower uterine segment

Imp: Polyp.

 MRI was? Fibroid? Neoplasia.

 Outside D&C was reported as Chronic cervicitis.
