Bronchial lavage smears of 39/M presented with complaints of cough with expectoration since 18 months. Hemoptysis and dyspnoea on exertion since 1 month.

CT  Scan: Mediasitnal and Retoperitoneal lymhadenopathy. Multiple lung nodules, liver mets 

FOB :  Carina blunted, mucosal irregularity over medial wall of left main bronchus just
            below the carina. Endobronchial growth in right main bronchus over medial wall.
            Opening to right upper lobe and bronchus intermedius free.
