TENDER NOTICE FOR RATE CONTRACT FROM
1ST AUGUST 2018 TO 31ST JULY 2020
1. Tata Memorial Centre intends to enter into Rate Contract for items used regularly in the Tata Hospital, Parel, Mumbai and ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
2. A set of Tender, documents containing Technical specifications, General instructions, Terms and Conditions and price bid can be obtained from 19-03-2018 to 16-04-2018 from the office of the Purchase Officer, Room No. 625, 6th floor, Annexe Bldg, Tata Memorial Hospital on all working days except Saturdays and Holidays between 10.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on payment of Rs.500/- for each tender by cash/DD (non refundable) at our cash counter, 1st Floor, Homi Bhabha Block. Tender document charges for the tender forms downloaded from our website to be paid (Tender fee Rs.500/-) to the Cash counter before its submission. Tender fees will not be accepted through M.O. or Bankers Cheque/ DD by post.
3. Tender document duly signed and stamped on all pages with Photocopy of receipt for 'Purchase of Tender’, and original receipt of 'Earnest Money Deposit for Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten thousand only) attached with Technical Bid. Tenders addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. E. Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012 should be submitted in two parts simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes duly super scribed as Tender No…… with due date “Part I and Part II”. Part I covering Technical Bid and Part II covering Price Bid.
4. Both Part I and Part II tenders should reach in Purchase Department on all working days on or before 18-04-2018 upto 4.30pm.
5. Part I: Technical Bid will be opened on specified days mentioned below infront of those tenderers who wish to be present. In case the date happens to be an unscheduled holiday, the next working day will be taken into account for purchase of tender and its submission.
6. Time and date of opening of the Part II (Price Bid) will be intimated only to the tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Part I (Technical Bid).

7. Samples should be submitted to the Dy. Admn. Officer (Stores) for the items, Basement, Main building. Tata Memorial Hospital. The vendor must submit samples with a label specifying the Schedule No. item code, name of the article, Brand name and the name of the vendor.
8. It is responsibility of the bidders to see that the completed bidding documents are deposited in the Tender Box kept
inside the Purchase Department, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel , Mumbai–400 012 on or before the date and time mentioned above for submission of tender, failing which the bid would be considered late and rejected. Mere handing over of the bidding documents at reception counter or at any other counter or room or person cannot be considered as submission of bid.
If the Tender Document is downloaded from website vendor has to pay Rs.500/- as Tender document charges besides the EMD amount Rs.10000/- is to be paid in the Cash counter, Homi Bhabha Block, Accounts department, TMH,Parel before submitting the Tender.
Director, TMC reserves right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
