NOTICE FOR INVITING TENDER

Sealed Tenders are invited in Two parts i.e. Part ‘A’ (Technical Bid) and Part ‘B’ (Financial Bid) for the following work from the Tenderer having adequate experience and capabilities to execute such magnitude of similar works for the period of two year from 01/06/2018 to 31/05/2020.

Date of sale of tender documents	From 19/03/2018 To 03/04/2018 (Between 10.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays).

Tender documents containing all the details can be obtained from the office of Biomedical Engineering, 1st Floor, Main Bldg., Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel- 400 012 on all working days from Monday to Friday between 10.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. except Saturday, Sunday & Holidays on the payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) by Cash (non refundable) at our Cash Counter at 1st floor, Homi Bhabha Block Bldg. Also tender document downloaded from website has to pay Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in cash. Cash Receipt need to be produced to Dept. of Biomedical Engineering for obtaining tender documents. Whereas, for download of tender document, cash receipt of Rs. 500/- is to be shown at the time of submitting tender. In case the last date of sale and / or the date of receipt and opening of tender is declared as Holiday, the respective dates shall be treated as postponed to the next working day, correspondingly.

CORRIGENDUM

The last date for sumission and opening of above referred tender was today i.e. 30/04/2018 at 3:30 pm, However , only two vendors has responded in given time, hence it is proposed to extend the sale & submission date by seven working days i.e. 12/04/2018.
