Rs.13600 lakh

(iii)

Earnest Money Deposit

  :

EMD of Rs. 146 Lakh to be submitted in form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker’s cheque / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of  Accounts Officer, TMC, Mumbai.

Or

1)    Rs. 20 Lakh  in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker’s cheque / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of  Accounts Officer, TMC, Mumbai           and

2)    Rs. 126 Lakh in the form of Bank Guarantee (BG) issued by any nationalized or scheduled bank valid for 6 months from the last date of submission of tender including extension, if any.

Note:

      i.        Bank Guarantee shall be strictly in accordance with prescribed format.

     ii.        EMD in the form of cheque will not be accepted

The Security Deposit / Performance Guarantee shall be endorsed in favour of Accounts Officer, TMC.

(iv)

Period of Construction

  :

Construction stage: 21 months or till successful Completion of Defect Liability Period of Construction in all respect as required by TMC after completion of entire work.

a)    Part A (RT Block and associated works):              9 months including monsoon period if any.

b)    Part B (Main Hospital and associated works) : 21 months including monsoon period if any.

Part A and Part B will commence simultaneously.

Post Construction: Till successful Completion of Defect Liability Period of both phases of Construction in all respect as required by TMC after completion of entire work.

In case of any arbitration, litigation case, CVC enquiry, etc. the Contractor need to give required assistance as and when required till the closing of the case whichever is later.

(v)

Tender Processing fee

  :

Rs. 5900/- in the form of e-payment (non-refundable).

(vi)

Security Deposit

  :

 2.5% of the tendered value

(vii)

Performance Guarantee

  :

 3% of the tendered value or (as per Ministry of Finance notification of Nov 2020.)

(viii)

Validity of Tender

  :

One Hundred Eight (180) days from the date of opening of Technical Bid (Part 1).

Technical Bid

15.30 Hrs on 30/09/2021.

If the date of opening of technical bid declared to be holiday or tender could not be opened on the prescribed date due to technical or any other justified reason; it shall be opened on next corresponding working day.

Change, if any, will be intimated by issuing “Corrigendum”.

Opening of Financial Bid

Will be intimated to the pre-qualified agencies at a later date.
