NOTICE   INVITING   TENDER

Sealed tender (single bid) are invited on behalf of the Director, TMC for carrying out the work mentioned below, which will be received in the office of Chief Engineer, TMC Tata Memorial Hospital, Engineering Department, 6^th floor, Service Block Building, Parel, Mumbai- 400 012, Phone No. 24177000 – Extn 4692 for the said work, from eligible agencies who have carried out the work of similar kind and magnitude.

Earnest Money Deposit is required to be furnished in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, F D. Receipts in favour of Accounts Officer, TMC. Cheque, Cash and Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Tender which are incomplete or not accompanied by EMD as specified, will not be considered.

Sale of tender from 19/05/2021 to 31/05/2021 between 10.00 hrs and 16.00 hrs (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

Tender to be submitted in a sealed cover subscribing the name of work on the cover as given above so as to reach on or before 07/06/2021 at 15.00 hrs to the Office of Chief Engineer, 6th Floor, Service Block Bldg., and the same will be opened at 15.30 hrs on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representative, who would like to be present.

The rates shall be inclusive of all taxes excluding GST.

The contractor whose tender is accepted will be required to furnish by way of security deposit for the due fulfillment of his contract. A sum @ 2.5% of the gross amount of the bill shall be deducted from each running bill of the contractor towards Security Deposit. In addition, the contractor shall be required to deposit an amount equal to 5% of the tendered value of the contract as Performance Security within the period prescribed for commencement of work in the letter of award issued to you. Performance Security may be accepted as Bank Guarantee or Fixed Deposit of Scheduled Banks and State Bank of India.

Kindly note that payment will be released against bill & delivery of challan duly endorsed at Security gate as per the items in the schedule, subject to proper documentation as required by Engineer in-charge. The bill must be supported by payment receipt towards all the taxes along with copy of challan.

Payment will be made after receipt of material in good condition and full quantity to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Delayed delivery & Compensation for delay :- If the delivery of material / goods in full and in good condition is not completed for whatsoever reason , within the stipulated  period, an amount @ 1% (one percent of the undelivered material) would be deducted from the payment due to supplier. 

Further if the delivery of material/ goods is not commenced at all for whatsoever reason within the scheduled delivery period, in that case TMC reserve the right to cancel the order with forfeiture of EMD without any notice.

Income Tax at prevailing rates as notified by Ministry of Finance, Government of India will be recovered from the bill (s), certificate for the same will be issued by the Accounts Officer on request. Any other taxes / duties will be recovered as per government notifications.

Any other taxes shall be deducted from your bills, as made applicable by the Govt. / Statutory authorities from time to time.

The time allowed for carrying out the work shall be Twelve Months including monsoon period.

The job entrusted is to be completed in accordance with the time schedule.

Tender shall be valid for 90 (Ninety) days.

Canvassing in connection with tender / quotation is strictly prohibited.

The Director, TMC reserves right to reject any or all the tenders or allot part of the work to different agencies without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Special Condition of Contract

1.       Rate is exclusive of GST

2.       Supply of components for window/ Split Air conditioner of different capacities & make as per sample. Approval shall be obtained before supplying the material.

3.       Supply of new original compressor/ Repaired compressor for different make & capacity as per sample , The contractor shall give guarantee one-year for new compressors &  six months for the repaired compressors. All components shall be of approved make.

4.       Vendor will Supply all spare part as per site requirement from TMH ,All Supply Material must be delivered within 2 hr of receipt of complain from TMH.                      

5.       Vendor will submit Delivery Challan duly sealed and signed by TMH Security which will duly approved by EIC and copy of DC will be enclosed with Bill.                    

6.       Maximum time allowed for work at workshop/factory is 2 days for work such as Repairing of Condenser Motor, Indoor Motor, Compressor, Microprocessor PCB & Remote etc .All co-ordination for making Gate pass for taking out material outside TMH Complex will be in scope of agency. Vendor will submit Returnable Gatepass  Reconcilation statement along with the Bill.

7.       Penalty Clause:-If agency fail to Supply Materials in stipulated time as determined by EIC ,Rs 2000 per day will be imposed and which will be deducted from Bill.
