NOTICE INVITING TENDER

TMC invites sealed Tenders in Two Part basis from the eligible bidders for supply of Disinfectants at TMH-Parel, ACTREC-Kharghar, HBCH-Sangrur, HBCH-Mullanpur, HBCH-Vizag and HBCH & MPMMCC-Varanasi.

1.     The Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400012 invites sealed tenders for the supply of disinfectants to Tata Memorial Hospital-Parel & ACTREC-Kharghar, HBCH-Sangrur, HBCH-Mullanpur, Punjab, HBCH-Vizag Vishakhapattanam and HBCH & MPMMCC- Varanasi

2.     Tenders for the Schedule No. O-II Disinfectants should be submitted in two parts, in two separate sealed envelopes duly super-scribed as" Schedule No., due date and Part - I / Part - II. Part - I containing Technical Bids in complete details, documents etc. and Part - II containing Price Bid. Both Part – I and Part – II tenders addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. Earnest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400012 should reach Purchase department on or before 19/04/2021 up to 5.00 pm. The Part I Technical Bid will be opened on 20/04/2021 at 10.00 am onwards in front of those Tenderers who wish to be present. Time and date of opening of the Part II (Price Bid) will be intimated only to the tenderers who are technically qualified after evaluation of Part I.

3.     Tender documents containing all details can be obtained from 19/03/2021 to16/04/2021 from the office of the Purchase Officer, 4th floor, Service Block Building, Tata Memorial Hospital on all working days from Monday to Friday except holidays between 10 am to 4.30 pm on payment of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred only) by cash (non-refundable) at Cash Counter, HBB Bldg, 1^st floor, TMH.  Cash receipt needs to be submitted to Purchase department for obtaining the tender documents.

4.     In case 19/04/2021 and/or 20/04/2021 happens to be unscheduled holiday, the next working days will be taken into account for purchase, submission and opening of tenders.

5.     Director, TMC reserves right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
