NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION FOR GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY FOR HBCH & MPMMCC, VARANASI EMPLOYEES
Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital (HBCH) & Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya Cancer Centre (MPMMCC), Varanasi are set up with the objective to provide comprehensive cancer care to one and all, through its motto of excellence in service, education and research. The hospitals were established as a unit of Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai under the Administrative control of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India. The aim was to bring comprehensive and high quality cancer care at affordable costs to the doorsteps of patients of Varanasi and its neighboring areas and other States of India.
HBCH & MPMMCC Varanasi intends to implement Group Health Insurance plan to provide medical and health services to its employees.
In view of this, the Hospital invites quotation from the insurance companies (licensed and registered with IRDA) or Agencies (enabled by central legislation to undertake Insurance related activities) dealing with “Group Health Insurance Plan” for implementation for providing cover to the employees of HBCH & MPMMCC Varanasi as per the requirements of the institute.

§ The bids should be submitted through reply email with same subject line
§ The bids should be properly signed, scanned & sent as a PDF file (password protected) through email. DO NOT SHARE PASSWORD IN EMAIL.
§ The bids/proposals received after the above deadline will not be considered.
§ Incomplete and unsigned bids or the bids not in prescribed format will be rejected without assigning any reason.
§ All policies / offers should be priced without any agent/ broker commission loaded into the rates.
