TENDER NOTICE
1. The Director, TMC invites sealed tenders in two parts for the supply of Surgical Items for Tata Memorial Center for the year 2020-2022.
2. The tender should be submitted before the due date consisting of:
· Original Receipt of EMD Rs. 25,000/-,
· The Part I & Part II documents and CD submitted in a single envelope consisting of two sealed envelopes duly labeled as:
· “TMC/SURGICAL RC/TENDER NO.12/BLOOD COLLECTION TUBES / 2020-22/PART I” containing the Technical Bid hard copy and Technical Bid CD/PEN DRIVE
· “TMC/SURGICAL RC/TENDER NO.12/BLOOD COLLECTION TUBES / 2020-22/PART II” containing the Commercial Bid hard copy and Commercial Bid CD/PEN DRIVE
3. The Tender envelope should be submitted to the Dispensary Procurement Cell, Basement, Main Building, TMH on or before 7th October 2020 upto 3.00 pm. The tender documents submitted in any other form shall be liable for rejection.
Technical Bid & Commercial Bid format along with terms & Conditions will be made available for download on website https://tmc.gov.in from 16th September, 2020 to 07th October, 2020 till 3.00 pm.
4. Technical Bid will be opened on 09th October, 2020 at 10.00 am onwards in front of those Tenderer who wish to be present.
5. Please note that bids for the tender will be accepted from manufacturers only. Exceptions will be made only for those manufacturers who do not have an office / subsidiary in India and in all such cases only their authorized representative shall be eligible to submit the tender.
1. The tender should be submitted after carefully reading terms and conditions and compliance with the documents check list. Non-compliant, Incomplete and/ or Incorrect formats are liable to be rejected.
2. Samples should be submitted to the Surgical Stores Dept, Basement, Main Bldg, Tata Memorial Hospital. It is responsibility of the quoting vendor to submit the samples on or before 07th October, 2020 up to 3.00 pm. TMH reserves the right to reject the offer in absence of the sample. The vendor must submit samples with a label specifying the Item code, name of the article and the name of the vendor.
3. It is responsibility of the bidders to ensure that the completed bidding documents are submitted to the Dispensary Procurement Cell, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel , Mumbai–400 012 on or before the date and time mentioned above for submission of tender, failing which the bid would be considered late and rejected. Mere handing over of the bidding documents at reception counter or at any other counter or room or person cannot be considered as submission of bid.
4. Vendors are expected to declare the willingness to continue the RC for one more year beyond the contracted period with same terms and conditions.
5. Vendors have to give us the declaration about the ability to supply the items at ACTREC (Kharghar) / HBCHRC, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), HBCH, Sangrur, HBCH-Varanasi, MPMMMCC-Varanasi and Dr. BBCI- Guwahati, facilities under the same terms and conditions of the Rate Contract entered into at TMH. And other new TMC Centres opening in various states of India, facilities under the same terms and conditions of the Rate Contract entered into at TMH.
6. Director, TMC reserves right to reject any or all the bids without assigning reasons thereof.
