Receipts from any nationalized bank or Scheduled Bank in favour of “Accounts Officer, TMC “. Cheques and bank guarantees for Earnest Money Deposit will not be accepted.

The Director / Chief Engineer, TMC, reserves the right to accept the work in full or in part or reject the tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.

Tenders with any condition including conditional rebate shall be rejected forthwith.
SECTION-I
BRIEF PARTICULARS OF THE WORK
1. Salient details of the work for which qualification applications are invited are as under:

2. The proposed works is to be carried out at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel and its premises in Mumbai as require.
3. Brief descriptions of the Project works. HVAC Works (Sheet metal, ducting and insulation work).
4. Presently existing Hospital are running. Precaution has to be taken by the selected contractor during execution of works so that it does not affect the daily function/s of the Hospital and without causing inconvenience to the patients / relatives residing there.
5. Work shall be executed according to the Tender Conditions of Contract for this Project.
6. General scope: HVAC Works (Sheet metal, ducting and insulation work).
· Supply and installation of factory fabricated GI ducting. Removing of old damaged insulation of chilled water piping and sheet metal ducting and re-insulation of the same as specified in the tender.
· Wok to be carried out during shut down time, Saturday / Sunday / Holiday without disturbing existing ongoing hospital activities.
