Estimated cost of construction

Rs. 11400 lakhs

(iii)

EMD

:

Rs. 4,10,000/-
To be submitted in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, TMC.
50% of EMD can be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee from Scheduled/Nationalised bank in favour of Accounts Officer, TMC, valid for 6 months from the last date of submission of tender including extension, if any.
Note: EMD in the form of Cheque will not be accepted.

(iv)

Period of Consultancy Services

:

24 Months plus valid extension period to the contractor plus 12 months of Defect Liability Period of   Construction Contract. In case of any arbitration, litigation case, CVC enquiry, etc the Consultant need to give required assistance as and when required.

(v)

Tender Processing fee (refer guidance for e-tendering)

:

Rs. 5750/- in the form of e-payment (non refundable) to M/s. ITI Ltd.

(vi)

Security Deposit

:

2.5% of PMC fee (will be deducted from each running bill and will be return interest free on successful completion of DLP).

(vii)

Performance Guarantee

:

5% of total PMC fee (The successful bidder is to submit the Performance guarantee within prescribed time line and will be return without interest on settlement of contractors final bill).

(viii)

Validity of Tender (refer guidance for e-tendering)

One Hundred Eight (180) days from the date of opening of Technical Bid.

(ix)
