(DRUG RC2020-2022)

The Director, TMC invites sealed tenders in two parts for the supply of medicinal items (Drugs) for Tata Memorial Center for the year 2020-2022.

The tender should be submitted before the due date consisting of:

·         Receipt of EMD Rs. 50,000/-,

·         The Part I, II & III documents (refer Checklist) shall be submitted in a single envelope consisting of three sealed envelopes duly super scribed as:

1.      “TMC/DISP/2020-22/MEDICINE TENDER / PART I” containing the Pre-Qualification Checklist and documents

2. “TMC/DISP/2020-22/MEDICINE TENDER / PART II” containing the Technical Bid and CD

3.      “TMC/DISP/2020-22/MEDICINE TENDER / PART III” Containing the Commercial Bid and CD

Please ensure that the Pre-Qualification Bid, Technical Bid and Commercial Bid are separate and enclosed in the respective envelopes.

The Tender envelope should be submitted to the Dispensary Procurement Cell, Basement, Main Building, TMH on or before 28^thJanuary 2020, till 4.00 pm. The tender documents submitted in any other form shall be liable for rejection.

Technical Bid & Commercial Bid format as per drug categories along with terms & Conditions will be made available for download on website https://tmc.gov.in,  between 01^stJanuary 2020 and 28^thJanuary 2020 till 4.00 p.m.

The Drug category and Generic names have been incorporated in the provided excel format. Please note that bids for the tender will be accepted from manufacturers only. (The term Manufacturer implies Own/Loan/Third Party license) Exceptions will be made only for those manufacturers who do not have an office / subsidiary in India and in all such cases only their authorized representative shall be eligible to submit the tender.

The tender should be submitted after carefully reading terms and conditions and compliance with the documents check list. Non-compliant, Incomplete and / or Incorrect formats are liable to be rejected.

Companies are expected to declare the willingness to continue the RC for one more year under the same terms and conditions after the completion of RC period.

Companies are expected to supply the items at ACTREC/ Vishakhapattanam (Vizag), Sangrur,  Varanasi and Guwahati / Mullanpur facilities & any new upcoming facilities of TMC with same terms and conditions.
