Name of work : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Detection & Gas suppression system for various rooms at MPMMCC at BHU, Varanasi (U.P) - 221005
Estimated cost : Rs. 54.00 Lakhs
EMD of Rs. 1,08,000/- should be deposited along with the Technical Bid in the form of Demand Draft , Pay Order / F.D . Receipts from any nationalized bank or Scheduled Bank in favour of “Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital Varanasi” payable at Varanasi. Cheques and bank guarantees for Earnest Money Deposit will not be accepted.
Cost of Tender Document : Rs. 1000/- in cash ( non refundable )
Completion Period: The time allowed for carrying out the work shall be 2 Months
Security Deposit : 2.5% of tendered value
Performance Guarantee : 5% of tendered value.
Date of sale of tender documents: From 15/05/2019 to 27/05/2019 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays ) from Engineering Office, 2nd Floor, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Lahartara, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Applications for issue of Tender forms will be stopped at 16:00 hrs. on 27/05/2019.

Validity Of Tender : 90 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid
Date of submission of Tender: on or before 04/06/2019 upto 14.30 hrs. in the Engineering Office, 2nd Floor, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Lahartara, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
Date of opening of Envelope I i.e. Technical bid: On 04/06/2019 at 15.30 hrs. in the Engineering Office, 2nd Floor, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Lahartara, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
On line opening of Part II i.e. Financial Bids of technical qualified bidders : Will be notified at a later date by issuing corrigendum.

The Director / Chief Engineer, TMC, reserves the right to accept the work in full or in part or reject the tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.
