NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Rate contract for Outsourcing the services of Maintenance, Housekeeping & Catering services for TMC PG Hostel & Guest House at Anushaktinagar, and Paylipada, Mumbai for the period of one year w.e.f. 1st September 2016 to 31st August 2017
Sealed tender bids in two parts (Technical Bid Part-I) and (Financial Bid part-II) are invited on behalf of Director, Tata Memorial Centre for Running of TMC Guest House and P.G. Hostel on contract basis at Anushakti Nagar and Paylipada for Maintenance, Housekeeping & Catering Services from the bidders those are having minimum three years experience of providing similar services.
Technical bid will be opened on specified date mentioned below infront of those tenderers who wish to be present. Time and date of opening of the Part II (Price Bid) will be intimated only to the tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Part I (Technical Bid).

Sealed Tenders should be submitted in the Tender box kept in the Office of Purchase Officer, Tata Memorial Hospital, E Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012. Contact No.022-24177000 Extn-4644 Director, TMC reserves the right to reject any/or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. It is responsibility of the bidders to see that the completed bidding documents are deposited in the Tender Box kept inside the Purchase Department, 4th floor, Service Block, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel , Mumbai–400 012 on or before the date and time mentioned above for submission of tender, failing which the bid would be considered late and rejected. Mere handing over of the bidding documents at reception counter or at any other counter or room or person cannot be considered as submission of bid.
