TENDER NOTICE
Rate contract for Outsourcing the services of 1) Catering services for TMC PG Hostel & Guest House at Anushakti Nagar, and Paylipada, Mumbai for the period of Two years w.e.f. 1st December 2018 to 30th November 2020.
Two separate Sealed Tenders are invited by the Director, Tata Memorial Centre in Two Part basis i.e. Technical Bid (Part-I) and Price Bid (Part-II) from the eligible bidders for outsourcing of aforesaid services. Bid documents will be available for sale from 28-09-2018 to 20-10-2018. Bids shall be received on or before 22-10-2018 upto 4.30pm. Technical bids (Part-I) will be opened on 23-10-2018 at 10.00 a.m. onwards in front of those tenderers who wish to be present. Date & time of opening of Price Bid (Part-II) will be intimated only to those tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Technical Bid (Part-I).

If the Tender Document is downloaded from website vendor has to pay Rs.500/- as Tender document charges. Also the EMD amount Rs.1,60,000/- is to be paid at the Cash counter, HBB, 1st floor, TMH, Parel before submitting the Tender. Vendor should bring request letter on letter head for taking tender form.
