TENDER NOTICE No. TMC/RC/Varanasi/Canteen/18-20 dated 10/08/2018.

ATTENTION CATERING CONTRACTORS

Sealed Tenders are invited by the Director, Tata Memorial Centre in Two Part basis i.e.Technical Bid (Part-I) and Price Bid (Part-II) from the eligible bidders for Outsourcing Canteen Services for Hospital Staff, Nurses, Doctors, Students, Patients, Visitors, Patients & their attendants on Rate Contract basis at HBCH, Varanasi for 2 years i.e. from 1^st November 2018 to 31^st October 2020.

Tender documents containing all details can be obtained from 10/08/2018 to 10/09/2018 from the office of the Purchase Officer, 4^th floor, Service Block, Tata Memorial Hospital on all working days from Monday to Friday except holidays between 10 am & 4.30 pm on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) by cash (non-refundable) or by demand draft in favour of Tata Memorial Centre at our cash counter, Homi Bhabha Bldg, 1^st floor, TMH.  Cash receipt needs to be submitted to Purchase department for obtaining the tender documents.

Sealed envelope super scribed, ‘TENDER FOR OUTSOURCING CANTEEN SERVICES FOR HOSPITAL STAFF, NURSES, DOCTORS, STUDENTS, PATIENTS, VISITIORS, PATIENTS & THEIR ATTENDANTS ON RATE CONTRACT  BASIS AT HBCH, VARANASI FOR THE PERIOD 2018-2020’ addressed to the Director (TMC) should be delivered at the Purchase Department, 4^th floor, Service Block, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400 012 on or before 10^TH September 2018 upto 2.00 pm.  Technical Bid (Part I) will be opened on the same day i.e. on 10/09/2018 at 3.00 p.m.in front of those tenders who wish to be present. In case date happens to be unscheduled holiday, the next working day will be taken into account for purchase, submission and opening of tenders. Time and date of opening of Part II- Price Bid will be intimated only to the tenderers who are qualified after evaluation of Part I- (Technical Bid).

If the tender document is downloaded from website vendor has to pay Rs.500/- as Tender document charges by cash or DD in favour of Tata Memorial centre payable at Mumbai besides the EMD amount Rs.10000/- before due date of submission and produce the receipt of the same at the time of tender submission.
