Course Details
This is a comprehensive course with full-time schedule of lectures, presentations, practical’s, field training, case studies, seminars, journal club and guided learning spread over four semesters in the delivery of Hospital Administration. The course is designed to develop students with a solid background in both business management as well as healthcare administration, capable of handling finance, marketing and operations that are relevant to the healthcare industry.

Full Time Degree Course
Method of Training
Teaching methods shall comprise lectures, presentations, practicals, field training, case studies, seminars, journal club and guided learning spread over four semesters. Faculty shall comprise faculty form TMC and from the Industry. Thesis/dissertation plan will be submitted in first semester and will be completed by the end of fourth semester. The candidates shall perform internship at the end of each semester in on of the Municipal, Trust or Corporate Hospitals, or allied healthcare Organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates having a full-time graduate degree in MBBS/ BDS/ BPTh/ BOTh/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BYNS or a full-time graduate degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Bio-Medical, Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemicals Technology, Microbiology, Bioengineering or a full time graduate degree in Allied Health Sciences with at least 50% aggregate marks. Candidates should have minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in the Healthcare or allied industry.
Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on the evaluation of performance in two stage. Stage-I will comprise Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Essay Writing, whereas Stage-II shall comprise Group Discussion (GD) & Personal interview (PI).
Only those candidates who score at least 50% marks in Stage-I are eligible to be called for Stage-II. A fixed number of candidates (as determined by the selection team) will be called from those who have scored 50% and above in Stage-I. 80% of weightage will be given to Stage-I score and 20% of weightage will be given to Stage-II score.
Aggregate score of both stages of 50% and above is necessary for final selection.
Age Limit
Upto 35 years (as on 31/07/2023)
Relaxable for sponsored candidates (5Yrs) and SC / ST & OBC as per rules.
Duration
2 Years Full time course followed by 1yr Mandatory Internship.
The Mandatory Internship shall commence only and immediately after completion of 2 years of course.
The Mandatory Internship shall not be applicable for Sponsored Candidates (Ref. below).
Fees
A fees of Rs.1,50,000/- for the entire course shall be paid in 2 installments of
Rs.75,000/- each at the time of confirmation of admission and at the beginning of 2nd semester.
Stipend
A Stipend of Rs. 50,000/- p.m. will be paid during the Mandatory Internship period. The Stipend shall not be applicable to Sponsored candidates.
Sponsored Candidates
National candidates sponsored from Cancer Centres / Hospitals for training will be considered as Sponsored candidates.
The criteria for selection of Sponsored candidates shall be same as that for Nonsponsored candidates.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided on payment of hostel fees subject to availability.
Medical Insurance
Selected students will be covered under Medical Insurance facility provided by the Institute on co-payment (20% of yearly premium) which is Mandatory.

• Affiliated with Homi Bhabha National Institute (Deemed to be University under Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India)
Examination Pattern
Examination will be conducted twice in one academic year as per the semester pattern. Each paper shall be of 75 marks theory, 25 marks class presentation. The overall weightage for theory + class presentation will be 50 %, internship report will be 30 % and Final Dissertation will be 20 %.
The repeaters exam shall be held in the month of November/December or June/ July of every year with a maximum of 3 years to complete the course (excluding mandatory internship period).
Discontinuation Clause
During the course, the student shall not apply for any post or any other courses / P.G. studies / Scholarship or appear for any examination or interview outside or if applied before taking admission to this course, the candidate must provide detailed information to this institution.
Those candidates who are found below expected standards with consistent poor performance in studies will be terminated from the training course

General & OBC candidateshave to pay the Online Registration Fees Rs.2000/- & SC / ST / Person with disabilities have to pay Rs.500/- by using Debit Card/Credit Card only. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidate shall verify their eligibility for the post before applying and making payment of application fee. Last date of online application is 31.07.2023 upto 05.00 p.m.
The candidate has to upload scanned copies of all required documents / certificates along with the online application for verifying eligibility for the course & failing which application will be rejected.
The Hardcopy of application along with Copies of all relevant certificates and documents are required to bring at the time of Interview.
All correspondence with the applicant will be done through email only. Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of related documents will be of the candidates. Tata Memorial Centre will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or delivery of emails to spam/bulk mail folder etc.
HALL TICKETS WILL BE EMAILED TO THE CANDIDATES.
Application will be rejected if the candidate provides incorrect and incomplete information in the application form. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
