TENDER NOTICE FOR O-II DISINFECTANTS ON RATE CONTRACT FROM

1^ST AUGUST 2018 TO 31^ST JULY 2020.

1.     Tata Memorial centre intends to enter into Rate Contract for the supply of Disinfectants   used  in the Hospital  & ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, HBCH-Sangrur, HBCH-Mullanpur, Punjab, HBCH-Vizag Vishakhapattanam and Varansi 

2.       A set of tender document containing Technical specifications, General instructions, Terms and Conditions & price bid  can be obtained from 11-06-2018 to 06-07-2018 from the office of the Purchase Officer, 4^th floor, Service Block, Tata Memorial Hospital on all working days except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays between 10.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on payment of Rs.500/- for each tender document  by DD/cash (non refundable) on  cash counter, 1^st floor, Homi Bhabha Block, TMH. Tender document charges  for the tender forms downloaded from our website will have to be paid before its submission. Tender Document charges and EMD will not be accepted through M.O. or Bankers Cheque/ DD by post. Tenders addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. E. Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012 should be submitted in two parts simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes duly superscribed as Tender No…… with due date “Part I and Part II”. Part I covering technical bid and Part II covering price bid. Both Part I and Part II tenders should reach on or before            09-07-2018 in Purchase Department upto 4.30 p.m. Technical bids will be opened on 10-07-2018 from 10.30am onwards infront of those tenderers who wish to be present. Time and date of opening of the Part II (Price Bid) will be intimated only to the tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Part I (Technical Bid). 

3.       Tender document duly signed and stamped on all pages along with original receipt of 'Earnest Money Deposit for Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten thousand only) in sealed envelopes (Technical Bid, part-I & Price Bid part-II) both, super scribed   with "Tender for Rate Contract 2018-2020 of schedule ----------" & EMD receipt number and date  addressed to the Director, TMC,  Dr. Earnest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400 012 may reached to the Purchase Department on all working days upto 3.30 pm on or before  09-07-2018. In case the date happens to be an unscheduled holiday, the next working day will be taken into account for purchase of tender and its submission. Original copy of EMD receipt must be enclosed alongwith the tender document (Technical Bid Part-I). 

4.       Samples should be submitted to the Dy. Admn. Officer (Stores), Basement, Main Bldg, Tata Memorial Hospital. It is responsibility of the quoting vendor to submit the samples on or before 09-07-2018 upto 3.00 p.m. in the Stores Dept.  TMH reserves the right to reject the offer in absence of the sample. The vendor must submit samples with a label specifying the Schedule No. item code, name of the article and the name of the vendor. 

5.       It is responsibility of the bidders to see that the completed bidding documents are deposited in the Tender Box kept inside the Purchase Department, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel , Mumbai–400 012 on or before the date and time  mentioned above for submission of tender,  failing which the bid would be considered late and rejected. Mere handing over of the bidding documents at reception counter or at any other counter or room or person cannot be considered as submission of bid. 

Director, TMC reserves right to reject any or all the bids without assigning reasons thereof.

If the Tender Document is downloaded from website vendor has to pay Rs.500/- as Tender document charges besides the EMD amount Rs. 10,000/- is to be paid in the Accounts department, TMH,Parel before submitting the Tender.
