 Quotations are invited by Director TMH for Rate Contract w.e.f. 1^st June 2018 to 31^st May 2020 for the supply of Imported Isotopes (Isotopes -131 Iodine, 177-Lutetium and 90-Yttrium for TMC) ‘(as per annexure enclosed)’ at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai 400 012.

 Your  quotations should be submitted  in Two Parts in two separate  sealed envelopes. Part I Technical Bid containing documents, Technical bid, and Part II Price Bid duly super scribed “TMH/RC/Isotopes/2018-2020. Quotations for the supply of above mentioned items addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400012 should reach to the Purchase Department on or before 11th June, 2018 upto 2.00 p.m. Part I Technical bids will be opened on the same day i.e. 11^th June, 2018 at 3.00 p.m.

The Hospital is under the Administrative Control of the Dept. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India.  If you have already entered into a D.G.S & D. Govt. Rate Contract, copy of the same may be enclosed along with the quotation.

The rates quoted must be valid up to May 2020. However, in case of downward revision in prices, government levies or taxes, the reduced price will be applicable.

A fresh authority letter from the manufacturer authorizing to quote for their products, in case the manufacturer do not quote directly.

It is responsibility of the bidder to see that the complete bidding documents are deposited in the Purchase Department, Service Block Bldg. Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai- 400 012.on or before the date and time mentioned above for submission of tender, failing which the bid would be considered late and rejected. Mere handling over of the bidding documents at reception counter or at any other counter or room or person cannot be considered as submission of bid.

In case of acceptance of the offer, you will have to give an undertaking regarding acceptance of the terms and conditions enclosed, enter in to contract & pay the security deposit as applicable.
