                                                                 LIMITED TENDER NOTICE – 19                                                  24/12/2021

The Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. Ernest Borges Road, Parel, Mumbai 400012 invites sealed tenders from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized agents having a well – established set up in India with good service background for the supply of following equipments’ at TMH, HBCHRC Vizag and HBCHRC Mullanpur. 

 A set of documents containing technical specifications, general instructions and terms and conditions can be downloaded from 24/12/2021 to 17/01/2022 from TMC website. Receipt of tender document charges of Rs.500/- is to be enclosed in the technical bid and must be shown on or before submission of the tender. Tender document charges for the tender forms downloaded from our website must be paid at the cash counter. Tender fees will not be accepted through M.O. or Bankers Cheque / DD or by post. Tenders addressed to The Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. E Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai-12 should be submitted in two parts simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes duly superscripted as Tender No…. with due date, "Part I and Part II". Last date for downloading tender documents is 17/01/2022. Part I covering technical bid and Part II covering price bid. Both Part I and Part II tenders due on the specified date i.e., 18/01/2022 should reach Purchase department up to 4.00 pm. The technical bid will be opened on 19/01/2022 from 10:30 am onwards (as per the Sr. No. of the tender mentioned above) in front of those tenderers who wish to be present. Time and date of opening of the part II (Price bid) will be intimated only to the tenderers who have qualified after evaluation of Part I.

 In case 18/01/2022 happens to be an unscheduled holiday, the next working day will be taken into account for purchase of tender, submission and opening.

 TENDERERS HAVING A SERVICE CENTRE LOCALLY WILL BE PREFERED.
