TENDER NOTICE
ATTENTION LAUNDRY CONTRACTORS
Sealed Tenders are invited by the Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai 400 012, for Outsourcing of Laundry Services & Bed Making Services on Contract basis from contractors of either Established Industrial undertakings or reputed Hospitals, for the year 2018-2020 for Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai & ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai from 1st August 2018 to 31st July 2020.
Tender documents containing all details can be obtained from 01-03-2018 to - 29-03-2018 from the office of the Purchase Officer, 6th floor, Annexe Building, Tata Memorial Hospital on all working days from Monday to Friday except holidays between 10 am & 4 pm on payment of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred only) by cash ( non refundable) at our cash counter with Accounts Dept. Cash receipt needs to be submitted to Purchase department for obtaining the tender documents.
Tender document charges for the tender form downloaded from our web site to be paid to Cash Counter, Homi Bhabha Block, before its submission. Tenders addressed to the Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Dr. E. Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai – 12 along with original receipt for Earnest money deposit of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) should be submitted along with Tender in sealed envelope superscribed as ”TENDER FOR OUTSOURCING LAUNDRY AND BED MAKING SERVICES AT THE TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL & ACTREC, KHARGHAR,NAVI MUMBAI 2018-2020" on or before 02-04-2018 upto 2.00 pm. Technical Bids (Part I) will be opened on the same day i.e. on 2nd April 2018 at 2.30 pm in front of those tenderers who wish to be present. In case 02.04.2018 happens to be unscheduled holiday, the next working day will be taken into account for purchase, submission and opening of tenders.
It is responsibility of the bidders to see that the completed bidding documents are deposited in the Tender Box kept inside the Purchase Department, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai–400 012 on or before the date and time mentioned above for submission of tender, failing which the bid would be considered late and rejected. Mere handing over of the bidding documents at reception counter or at any other counter or room or person cannot be considered as submission of bid.
Director, TMC reserves right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
TENDERERS HAVING HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFERRED.

If the tender document is downloaded from website vendor has to pay Rs. 500/- as Tender document charges besides the EMD amount is to be paid before submitting the tender.
