Estimated cost : Rs. 104 Lakh plus Applicable GST

EMD of Rs. 2,08,000/- (Rupee Two Lacs Eight Thousand Only) to be submitted in form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker’s Cheques / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Tata Memorial Centre, payable at Sangrur.

However the bidders may submit the EMD as follows:

1)      Rs. 1,04,000/- (Rupee One Lac Four Thousand Only) in the form of Fixed deposit receipt as prescribed above  and

2)      Rs. 1, 04,000/- (Rupee One Lac Four Thousand Only) in the form of Bank Guarantee (BG) issued by any scheduled bank valid for 6 months from the last date of submission of tender including extension, if any.

Note:

        i.            Bank Guarantee shall be strictly in accordance with the prescribed format.

      ii.            EMD in the form of Cheques will not be accepted

    iii.            The Security Deposit / Performance Guarantee shall be endorsed in favored of Accounts Officer, TMC.

Completion Period: The time allowed for completion of the work along with its commissioning shall be 2 Months including monsoon period if any.  It shall be reckoned from 15th day of the date of issue of Letter of Intent or date of handing over of the site whichever is later.

Security Deposit: 2.5% of Tendered Value.

Performance Guarantee: 3% of tendered value. (Ministry of Finance OM No. F.9/4/2020-PPD dated 12/11/2020)

Date of Pre-Bid meeting  :

1)      Pre Bid Queries shall be uploaded by the vender on website up to 31/05/2021 till 16:00 hours.

2)      The queries from the bidders who have purchased the tender documents and received only before the above mentioned date and time shall be replied online by TMC to bidders

3)      Pre bid meeting with individual bidder shall be held preferably on 01/06/2021, 10.00 hrs. to

16.30 hrs. at site office Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Plot No. 01, Medicity Village Mullanpur, Distt. Mohali, Punjab. (Bidder should bring tender processing fees receipt)

Validity Of Tender: 120 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid.
