A set of documents containing technical specifications, general instructions and terms and conditions can be obtained from 30/01/2020 to 28/02/2020 for (Sr.No.1 to 4) and for (Sr. No.5 & 6) 30/01/20202 to 31/03/2020 from the office of the Purchase Department, 4th floor, Service Block Bldg, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai on all working days except Saturdays and holidays between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on payment of Rs.500/- for each Tender by cash payment (Non refundable) at our cash counter, Homi Bhabha Bldg, 1st floor. Tender document charges for the tender forms downloaded from our website to be paid at the cash counter, Homi Bhabha Bldg, 1st floor before its submission. Tender fees will not be accepted through M.O. or Bankers Cheque/DD by post. Part I covering technical bid and Part II covering price bid. Both Part I and Part II tenders due on the specified date i.e. for Sr. No. 1 to 4 – 02/03/2020 and should reach Purchase Department up to 4.00 p.m. The technical bid will be opened on 03/03/2020 at 10.30 a.m. onwards. For (Sr. No.5 & 6) Both Part I and Part II tenders due on the specified date i.e. 02/04/2020 and should reach Purchase Department up to 4.00 p.m. The technical bid will be opened on 03/04/2020 at 10.30 a.m. onwards.
