2. Name of work : Interior works of CSSD, MEP works of Compressor and Gas Manifold Room and other minor works at Mahamana Pt. Madan Mohan Malaviya Cancer Centre (MPMMCC), Varanasi, UP
3..Estimated cost : Rs. 130.76 Lakhs (incl. GST)
4. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 2,61,520/-should be deposited along with the Technical Bid in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order / F.D. Receipts from any nationalized bank or Scheduled Bank in favour of “Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital Varanasi” payable at Varanasi. Cheques and bank guarantees for Earnest Money Deposit will not be accepted.
5. Cost of Tender documents :Rs.1000/- (non refundable)
6. Completion Period: The time allowed for carrying out the work shall be 5 (Five) months.
7. Security Deposit: 2.5% of tendered value
8. Performance Guarantee: 5% of tendered value.
9. Date of sale of tender documents: From 20.06.2019 to 02.07.2019 (excluding Sundays & Holidays). Applications for issue of Tender forms will be stopped at 16:00 hrs on 04.07.2019

10. Date of Pre-Bid meeting: Pre bid meeting with individual bidder shall be held preferably on 05.07.2019, 10.00 hrs to 13.30 hrs. in Engineering Office, 2nd Floor, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Ghanti Mill Road, Lohartara, Old Loco Colony, Shivpurwa, Varanasi - 221002.
11. Validity of Tender : 120 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid
12. Date of submission of Tender: on or before 11.07.2019 upto 14.30 hrs. in the Engineering Office, 2nd Floor, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Ghanti Mill Road, Lohartara, Old Loco Colony, Shivpurwa, Varanasi - 221002.
13. Date of opening of Envelope I i.e. Technical bid: On 11.07.2019 at 15.30 hrs. in the Engineering Office, 2nd Floor, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Ghanti Mill Road, Lohartara, Old Loco Colony, Shivpurwa, Varanasi - 221002.
14. Opening of Part II i.e. Financial Bids of technical qualified bidders : Will be notified date
15. The Director / Chief Engineer, TMC, reserves the right to accept the work in full or in part or reject the tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.
16. Tenders with any condition including conditional rebate shall be rejected forthwith.
The Director / Chief Engineer, TMC or Director- MPMMCC, reserves the right to accept the work in full or in part or reject the tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.
