Sub.: Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Service contract for ‘License and Support Renewal of Endpoint Management Solution (Manage Engine)

Tata Memorial Hospital invites sealed Techno Commercial proposal from experienced service providers for above subject work.

Scope of Work:

1)     Health Checks should be done every 6 months

2)     24/7 support on-site/remote as per user requirement.

3)     The incident should be responded within 2 hours and complaint should be resolved within 48 hours.

Submission of Tender:

·        Techno Commercial proposal should be submitted in sealed envelope, mentioning the tender reference number and subject.

·        Tender to be submitted to               :  Maintenance & Verification Cell(Admin), TMH

·        Date of submission of tenders           : 21/05/2025 to 04/06/2025 (between 10:00 am to  05:00 PM excluding Saturdays, Sundays &   Holidays)

·        Last Date of Submission of tender               : 04/06/2025 up to 02:30 PM 

·        Date of Tender Opening                        : on 04/06/2025 at 03:30 PM
