Name of work : Supply , installation, testing & commissioning work for Fire Hydrant, Wet Riser Fire Fighting System for TMH Complex

Estimated cost :Rs.5.50 crores.

EMD: Rs.10,00,000/-
To be submitted in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, TMC.
50% of EMD can be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee from Scheduled/Nationalised bank in favour of Director,TMC, valid for 9 months from the last date of submission of tender including extension, if any.
Note: EMD in the form of Cheque will not be accepted.
EXEMPTION of EMD for NSIC/MSME registered vendor/s or any other exemption will not be considered.

Completion Period :The time for carrying out the work shall be 9 Months.

Security Deposit: 2.5% of tendered value (will be deducted from each running bill and will be return interest free on successful completion of DLP of one year ).

Performance Guarantee: 5% of total tendered value (The successful bidder is to submit the Performance guarantee within prescribed time line and will be return without interest on successful completion of the work ).

Date of Pre-Bid meeting : Pre bid meeting with individual bidder shall be held preferably on 24/04/2019, 10.00 hrs to 16.30 hrs. at 1st Floor M&V Cell TMH Parel Mumbai
1. The queries from the bidders who have purchased the tender documents and received only before the above mentioned date and time shall be replied online by TMC to bidders

Note : The Director / Engineer ‘F’, TMH reserves the right to accept or reject the tender(s) in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof. Tenders with any condition including conditional rebate shall be rejected forthwith.
