PART A : Special Instructions and Information’s to Bidders for submission of Tenders
1) The Chief Engineer , TMC on behalf of Director, TMC invites two bid tender for the following work from the contractors having adequate experienced and capabilities to execute such magnitude of similar works.
Operation & Comprehensive Maintenances of Medical Gas Pipe Line System (Vacuum Pump, Air Compressor, Oxygen & Nitrous manifolds) in TMH Complex .

2 ) The Tender is required to be submitted on line in two parts as follows:
A)
Part I – Technical Bid

a) Annual Income Tax return filed with I.T. Department.
b) Annual turnover of latest five year ending in March 2018 duly certified by Chartered Accountant.

List of relevant works carried during past 7 years with performance certificate, work order copies etc

Registration certificate, Pan card and GST No. etc
4
List of plant - Machinery & Technical Staff

Earnest Money Deposit should be submitted along with Technical Bid in the form of Demand Draft, Pay order, F. D. receipt - of the State Bank of India or Scheduled bank in Favour of Accounts officer, TMC. Cheques and bank guarantees will not be accepted.

Part II – Financial Bid / Price Bid
Schedule of Rates duly filled.
The rates must be inclusive of all but excluding GST.
1 ) Tenders consisting of the above two envelopes will be received up to 14.30 hrs On 08/02/2019 in the office of Chief Engineer, Engineering Dept. 6th Floor, Service Block, Tata Memorial Hospital , Pare , Mumbai 400 012.
2 ) All the submissions are to be signed and stamped on every page. Incomplete (in such respects) Tenders are liable for rejection. Only Envelope I i.e Technical Bid will be opened 08/02/2019 at 15.30 hrs in the presence of tenderers present.
3) The intending bidders must read all the tender documents. They should only submit bids if he consider himself eligible and he is possession of all documents required.
4) The information and instruction for bidders posted on website shall form part of the bid document.
5) The processing fees / tender cost shall not be refunded irrespective of qualified or disqualified bidder.
6) Submission of the tender documents after the due date and time (including extended period) shall not be permitted.
7) Each envelope shall be sealed & super scribed nature of bid ( i.e Envelope I , Envelope II ) and all two sealed envelopes should be placed in another single envelope and super scribed “ Operation & Comprehensive Maintenances of Medical Gas Line System (Vacuum Pump, Air Compressor, Oxygen & Nitrous manifolds) in TMH Complex ” and submitted in the office of the Chief Engineer, Engineering Dept. 6th Floor, Service Block, Tata Memorial Hospital , Parel , Mumbai , 400 012.
8) The sub-contracting, sub-letting, joint venture is not permitted.

Note: EMD in the form of Cheque will not be accepted.
Completion Period
12 months
Tender Processing fee
Rs. 500/- (non refundable).
Security Deposit
2.5% of tendered value (will be deducted from each running bill and will be return interest free on successful completion of DLP).
Performance Guarantee
5% of tendered value (The successful bidder is to submit the Performance guarantee within prescribed time line and will be return without interest on settlement of contractors final bill).
Validity of Tender
One Hundred Twenty (120) days from the date of opening of Technical Bid.

Note:
1. The Director, TMC reserves the right to accept or reject the tender(s) in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof. Tenders with any condition including conditional rebate shall be rejected forthwith.
