EMD of Rs. 4,72,000/- to be submitted in form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker’s cheque / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of  Accounts Officer, TMC, Mumbai.

Note:

     i.        Bank Guarantee not strictly in accordance with prescribed format shall not be Accepted

   ii.        EMD in the form of cheque will not be accepted

  iii.        The Security Deposit / Performance Guarantee shall be endorsed in favored of Accounts Officer, TMC.

Completion Period : 90 days (including monsoon period if any) reckoned from 15^th day of the date of issue of LOI.

The Director / Chief Engineer, TMC, reserves the right to accept the work in full or in part or reject the tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.

Tenders with any condition including conditional rebate shall be rejected forthwith.
