(ii)

Estimated cost of construction Work for   which consultancy is required.

Rs. 7500 Lakhs + GST as applicable

(iii)

Earnest Money Deposit

Rs 3.31 Lakhs 

Rs. 3.31 Lakhs to be submitted in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, TMC.

                                                     OR

50% of Rs. 3.31 Lakhs can be submitted in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), issued by a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, TMC and  50% of Rs. 3.31 Lakhs in the form of Bank Guarantee of Schedule bank specified format as enclosed in the tender.

Note: EMD in the form of Individual Cheque will not be accepted.

(iv)

Period (Duration of Consultancy Services required) of Project

:

Approx. 30 Months or till successful Defect Liability Period of Construction in all respect as required by TMC.

·         Pre-construction stage till appointment of Contractor : (6 Months)

·         Construction stage : (12 months -
                                     Provisionally)

·         Post Construction :Till Completion of Defect      Liability Period of Construction Contractor  (12 months)

(v)

Tender Processing fee

:

Rs. 5900/- in the form of e-payment (non refundable).

(vi)

Security Deposit

:

2.5% on the fees of the consultant

(vii)

Performance Guarantee

:

5% on the fees of the consultant

(viii)

Validity of Tender

One Hundred Eight (180) days from the date of opening of Technical Bid.

(ix)
