COURSES IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS ON 6TH JANUARY’2020 BETWEEN 09:30 A.M.

NEAR NARIYA GATE, BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, VARANASI, UTTAR

Age
Limit: 30 years (Relaxable
by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC & 10 years for Physically
Handicapped). Age will be reckoned as on
the date of walk-in-interview. Course duration: One year (i.e. Six month’s training and six month’s
internship) Stipend: Rs. 6,000/- per month (Rupees six-thousand only) during training period (for six months) and Rs. 10,000/- per month (Rupees Ten Thousand only) during the Internship period (for six months). GENERAL CONDITIONS: 1. Security Deposit: The selected candidate(s) will
have to deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees Only) as Security Deposit at
the time of joining, which will be refunded only without interest after
successful completion of training & internship. If the candidate leaves the
Certification course mid-way, the deposit will be forfeited. 2. During the period of
training the trainee shall not apply for any post or any other courses/ PG
studies/ Scholarship or appear for any examination or any interview outside of
Tata Memorial Centre. 3. Minimum 80%
attendance during the training period and internship will be mandatory for the
successful completion of the course. 4. Those candidates who
are found below expected standards with consistently poor academic and
technical performance will be advised to discontinue the course. Such candidate
will also forfeit their claim for the refund of security deposit. 5. Candidate who will
not perform well during the training period and on assessment found to be
trainable, the training for such candidate will be extended for a period as
assessed by the respective Department Incharge. During the extended training
period, candidate will not be liable to receive any stipend/ remuneration. 6. Candidate will have
to make their own arrangement for the stay, travel, food etc. required during
the training course. 7.
It is mandatory to submit the current
vaccination status against Hepatitis–B, if not the same should be completed
prior tojoining the
course. 8. The candidatemust obey all the Rules and
Regulations of the hospital in force from time to time. 9. The candidates selected through this process of selection will be trained in the ongoing course January, 2020.
