DESIRED PROFILE
Industry Experience and Qualifications
- Professional
with 5+ years of experience in researching, creating, and/or analyzing
clinical content; Experience working with oncology-specific content is
highly preferred.

Minimum
2 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical data analysis, or clinical
training with a good understanding of the digital healthcare content landscape
·
MBBS
degree required
EXPECTED ROLE
Drive business requirement gathering for
clinical content and clinical data analysis supporting technology initiatives
across NCG and NCG centers.
·
Requirement
Gathering: Conduct
thorough stakeholder interviews and workshops to collect and document detailed
clinical content requirements for various digital oncology initiatives ensuring
clarity, completeness, and alignment with initiative goals.
·
Data
Analysis: Utilize data
analysis techniques to process and analyze clinical data and work with
cross-functional teams to derive meaningful insights that contribute to the
enhancement of digital oncology initiatives.
·
Content
Management: Develop
engaging and informative digital health content incorporating best practices in
instructional design and adult learning principles. Ensure that content is
accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest advancements in oncology
care.

Technology
Adoption: Collaborate
with clinical and IT teams to understand the challenges and implement solutions
to help drive the adoption and effectiveness of digital health solutions.
Provide feedback on the usability, functionality, and clinical relevance of
digital health tools.

Industry
Research: Evaluate
and recommend clinical key performance indicators and metrics for digital
health initiatives. Stay abreast of industry developments related to oncology
best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to gather,
document, and analyze complex requirements.
- Ability to create clinical content tailored to the needs of
multiple stakeholders including practitioners, patients, and technology
staff.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and technologies to
derive insights from healthcare data, particularly from the field of
cancer.
- Good understanding of clinical research methodologies, healthcare
content standards, and practices
- Strong
desire to contribute to social impact at scale with a long-term view.
- Excellent
communication (spoken and written) and collaboration skills to work
effectively with diverse stakeholders.

1. (a) The

(c) Candidates will be screened based on the information provided by them in their resume.
(d) Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of
candidates called for the interview to a reasonable limit, based on the
qualifications and experience of the applicants. Fulfilling the prescribed
qualification may not entitle an applicant to be called for an interview.
2. Tata Memorial Centre also reserves the right to not
call a candidate for an interview without assigning any reason thereof.
3. All
